Chad Brunochelli's training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy taught him the importance of shape, balance, accentuating skin tone, and enhancing facial bone structure when coloring and crafting hair.

After styling and coloring in Orange County and Los Angeles County salons, Chad and his wife Grazia moved to Italy. There he worked for several years with the legendary Italian hair maestro Aldo Coppola — styling and coloring for high-fashion actresses, runway, and print models.

Chad's work with Maestro Coppola inspired him to open his own high-fashion salon. That salon was a success, but Chad and Grazia wanted to come home to Los Angeles County and open something on their own terms in Pasadena.

When Chad and Grazia returned to Pasadena to open Salon Passione, they made a quiet vow: keep learning. Every stylist and colorist on the team continues to train in new techniques, year after year.

Our stylists create hairstyles personalized to each client's facial features and actual life — not whatever the algorithm is recommending that week. Our colorists analyze hair condition and texture before recommending a technique or palette, choosing colors that bring vitality and beauty to your hair and complement your skin tone.

We use only premium, luxurious natural products — Aveda, Kérastase, Goldwell, L'Oréal Professionnel, and L'Oréal INOA — to nourish and protect.
